A letter to all our guests,

It’s not always easy to untie the boat from the dock and leave a safe harbor, but for some of us the distant allure of yet undiscovered horizons holds a promise of excitement and life renewed. Truly with mixed emotions I inform you, my guests, that we have sold the 400 Beach Seafood and Tap House.

We have done our best through the last 12 years to feed you well and help you celebrate life. Your memories are forever in our hearts. We have tried to be good stewards with your funds, and you all have helped us to have an impact on the community and for this we are eternally grateful.

We will continue to own and operate The Parkshore Grill with Chef/partner Tyson Grant. The Hangar Restaurant and Flight Lounge will stay with us as well under Chef/ Manager Matt Smith. We also continue to manage Café Gala @ The Dali Museum with Chef Chuck Bandel.

Our gift cards that are from the 400 Beach will be honored at the 400 Beach for the next 90 days (until August 1st) Lastly, I wish to thank our management and staff, most or all will be remaining to continue serving the great food service and atmosphere that you have come to expect. We wish our new owners continued success.

 PS The Annex will now be owned and operated by John and Haley Ruetz.

Nancy and I will continue to do our part to support this community, that has been so good to us.
